1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ez7bd platform and its users. ez7bd is an online betting and casino platform operated in English for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, this version of the Terms shall be considered the authoritative document.

• ez7bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate on the ez7bd platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above. ez7bd may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same person are strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicion, ez7bd reserves the right to merge or cancel multiple accounts, and any bonuses earned may be forfeited as a result.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate suspension of the account, and any balance or winnings will be considered void.

• Full name, date of birth and contact details must be provided accurately.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) used on the account must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been compromised, contact us immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

3.2 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as "inactive". Any bonus balance in an inactive account may be cancelled, however the actual deposited funds will remain intact.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on ez7bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Processing times are calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ez7bd may place withdrawals on hold until additional verification is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Accepting this bonus requires a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) to be fulfilled — meaning you must wager 15 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The next bonus cannot be claimed before the current bonus offer expires.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only the portion of winnings earned after completing wagering requirements is withdrawable.
• VIP members will receive additional weekly cashback benefits (from Bronze to Diamond — see the VIP page for details).
• ez7bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses are applicable for personal entertainment purposes only — bonuses may be cancelled in cases of group or professional betting.

5.3 VIP Program

The ez7bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases at each tier — from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.0% at Diamond. Progression to higher tiers is based on active play and engagement.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In live betting, some bets may be cancelled due to network delays or technical issues.

• In the event of a bet cancellation, the original stake will be returned to the account.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ez7bd reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Any attempt to influence the result outside the scheduled time of an event or match will result in all bets being cancelled.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Match fixing, arbitrage betting, automated betting using software, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately closed and any balance or winnings will be forfeited.

7 Fair Play and Security

10 Account Suspension and Cancellation

• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected illegal activity or money laundering.

In the event of account cancellation, any bonus balance may be forfeited. However, regularly deposited funds will be returned after verification is completed where possible.

11 Limitation of Liability

ez7bd provides its services on an as-is basis. ez7bd will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disruption or network issues.
• Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or disclosure of information.
• Natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

ez7bd's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the actual funds deposited in the relevant user's account.

12 Changes and Updates

ez7bd may partially or fully modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
